Technology

I really am not a fan of technology. I think i would be happier if we still road on horse and carriage and had to make bread from scratch, not just buying it frozen. Chris ( my fiancee) and I have 2 computers a PS3 and 2 tvs, one flat screen and an old school one. Plus we have a digital camera, 3 cellphones, 2 VCRs, and probably a million other little doodads in the house that we don't need! It feels like there is constant noise all over! I think that we should become amish ( well, modern amish that use something other than wood to heat thier home) and make our own food and spend our free time flying kites or playing card games. What happened to family time? I remember when i was younger our family would get together and play music ( mostly my grandpa), happy music, not hard rock or songs with bad lyrics, but music from the 30's, 40's, and stuff like that, and we all had fun. I miss those days and should have enjoyed it more when i was there, but i was too young to think about it that way. At least i have memories and photos. I just hope that Chris and i can pass memories like that onto our children.
